Here at Urban Cord Crafts we are dedicated to providing our customers with Gear that lasts a life time, thats why we offer a reward for customers that return materials to use from our gear that has been taken apart to use as intended in spur-off the moment situations.
Whether you've taken your gear apart to secure your tent when camping or to use the clip and cord as a pullie system then we want to help you replace that gear without paying the full cost. Any materials and hardware that are in good, reusable, safe conditions returned to us will gain you a coupon to spend on your next order.
This programme not only saves materials from being put into landfills but it rewards you for being amazing and environmentally conscious.
How the Programme Works
Step 1
Customers return clean, reusable paracord products.
Step 3
Paracord and hardware that meet reuse standards qualify for a money-off coupon.
Step 2
Returned materials are inspected on arrival.
Step 4
Coupon value is based on the amount of reusable material recovered.
Step 5
The coupon is issued for use on a future purchase.
This is not a rebuild, repair, or replacement programme. Returned materials are assessed solely for reuse.

Material Acceptance Standards
Materials Must Be
Materials May Be Rejected If They Show:
Clean
Oil or Grease
Structurally Sound
Chemical exposure
Free From Contamination
Smoke Odour
Biological contamination
Heat damage
Cuts, heavy fraying, or reduced structural integrity
Cosmetic wear is acceptable where materials remain structurally usable.
How Returned Materials Are Used
Materials and Hardware that pass inspection to the Urban Cord Crafts standards are used to create small accessories that aren't designed to be hardwearing or used in rugged environments. They will also be used to create accessories for charity give-aways, fundraisers and tombolas.
Any Materials and Hardware that unfortunately doesn't pass inspection is returned to our suppliers for correct recycling and disposal, this makes sure that nothing ends up in landfills.
You also have the opportunity to have your returned materials turned into custom small accessories at a discounted rate.

All of our amazing customers can take part in this programme, from our UK domestic customers to all our international customers worldwide.
Shipping of return materials is subject to the customer unless prior agreement is made.
