This Shipping & Delivery page explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered by Urban Cord Crafts.

All Urban Cord Crafts products are handmade and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Each item is produced, inspected, and packaged by hand before being passed to the shipping carrier.

2.1 Handmade Production

Many of our products are handmade to order or produced in small batches. Processing times can vary depending on:

2.2 Dispatch

Once your order is completed and packaged, it will be dispatched using the shipping option selected at checkout.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email where tracking is available.

3.1 UK Orders

UK delivery options, including tracked services, are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

3.2 International Orders

We ship internationally. Available delivery options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on destination.

Please note:

Under UK consumer law, unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.

If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will be contacted and offered appropriate options, including the right to cancel and receive a refund.

5.1 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

5.2 These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are payable directly to the relevant authorities.

5.3 Urban Cord Crafts has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

6.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

6.2 If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
